Disclaimer: I haven’t tried running gel balls through it yet because I bought this for a Girls Frontline cosplay.
This mag feels really solid, it’s well made and doesn’t bend or creak. I bought this because I need a regular STANAG mag for the HK416, and I’m happy to report that it fits in the mag well nicely. It’s a bit more snug than the HK416’s included dual-drum and won’t drop out under its own weight, and the 416’s retainer clip half-holds it in place (you can yank it out but you shouldn’t). The 416 seems to drive the motor in the magazine just fine, though I can’t speak for it feeding gel balls.
